Beverage-packaging Production Line Digital Layout Design Technology And Its System

Combined with the Science and Technology Key Project of Zhejiang Province, Development and Application of Digitized Design and Manufacturing Platform of Mechanical Product in Food and Beverage Industry, the methods of beverage-packaging product line layout design and layout-design-oriented product modeling are researched, the beverage-packaging product line layout design system is designed and developed. The use of this system will enhance the design capability and the competitive ability.Chapter 1, the paper's research background, field, target are discussed. Analyzing the relative research status of beverage-packaging production line and its layout design and optimization, product modeling and variant design both home and abroad, the research value and basis of beverage-packaging product line layout design are illustrated, and the structure of this paper is given.Chapter 2, the design process and problems of beverage-packaging production line in the demonstration enterprise are analyzed, the methods and key technologies including digital layout modeling, variant design and layout design are given out, the overall design and functions of the layout design system are illustrated.Chapter 3, according to the difference of modeling objects and their applied fields, the model of manufacturing equipments, transport blocks and production line are built, which made a basis for beverage-packaging layout digital design.Chapter 4, according to the actual design process for enterprises, the layout design based on product models is fulfilled. The design process and method from outline design, layout design, and layout adjusting to the supports of follow-up design are detailed described.Chapter 5, the development environment and development methods are introduced, and a prototype system is developed. Also, the layout drawing and assembly drawing of beverage-packaging production line was shown. All these prove this method feasible.At last, the summarization and prospect of this paper were drawn.
