The development of China's electronic information industry is in the stage of transformation and upgrading,and it requires a large number of professional and technical personnel,as well as high-level compound talents.According to the survey,the talent gap of the majors of Electronic Materials and Components Manufacturing,Electronic Technology Applications and electronic and Electronic and Information Technology is relatively large.However,construction of electronic information professional teachers in secondary vocational schools has problems of insufficient number,unreasonable structure and not high quality of teachers.The research on training standards of professional teacher in Electronic Information Science and Technology major are mainly divided into four parts:the theoretical analysis,the current situation of training standards,the technology development of standards and construction of training standards.The main contents are as follows:In the theoretical analysis part,based on the development of training standards,it takes the professional theory at the teacher training level,PCK theory at curriculum system level and quality management theory at standard monitoring level as the basis to analyze the status quo of the training standards and follow the operability and theory principles of the training standards.In the current situation of training standards part,from the perspective of social needs,it's found that matching degree of talent structure is not high in the electronic information industry,the specification on environmental resource is not strong,and the structure is not reasonable and other phenomenon.So people should create an ecological industrial environment and adjust the structure in electronic information industry;from the perspective of present situation of professional training,there are such phenomenon:major sites are insufficient in the development process,training goal is not clear enough,professional qualification certificate is few,curriculum content is overlapping and teaching pertinence of textbook is not strong for some issues,from the perspective of construction of professional teachers,it's found that job are not counterpart,the teaching method is single,practical business experience is lacking and other problems,so it is difficult to meet the requirements of training talents with high quality.From the perspective of training standards development,it shows the development and technical route of professional teachers in Electronic Information Science and Technology major,carries out analysis of vocational standards,the standards of teacher's qualification,training standards and professional qualifications standard,and elaborates the job thinking dimensions and professional orientation,training positioning of teachings,and teacher's task in secondary vocational school.In the construction of training standard part,it makes clear the cultivation orientation,meets the professional training needs,highlights the ability standard,pays attention to the applicability and flexibility in the system design;in content elaboration,it makes clear the training objectives,training standards,training mode,curriculum system,teachers,etc.;in the standard application,it highlights the promotion of teaching,students' sustainable development and industrial development.
