With the rapid development of continuing education of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute, it was an important problem to manage the training work. The introduction of information technology in the training management of Zhongshan Institute and the development of onlinetrainingsystem based on computer network were the urgent need of training management of Zhongshan Institute in the wide application of computer and network technology background. The paper studied the analysis and design of online training management system of Zhongshan Institute based the current popular object-oriented software engineering design method. Online training system function module design arercurriculum management,curriculum learning,test,statistical analysis,query management,systems management.The mainresearch contents were as follows:The first, the paper analyzed the business of the online training system in the basis of a thorough analysis of the demand for online training of Zhongshan Institute and combined with the situation and the progress of relevant research at home and abroad, and the paper gave a basic description of the business system and gavea detailed analysis of the business process. Second, the paper analyzed the function of online training system based on the business analysis, and which included role analysis and use case analysis, and the detailed function diagram was given. Third, the paper made an analysis on thefunction of data based on the analysison thefunctionandbusiness analysis, and the concept ofclasswere given and Class thumbnail and entity class diagram and control class diagram, and the paper also designed the structure of database system. Finally, the main research works of the paper were summarized, and the following further research work were given.The research had an important significance for the promotion of training management and implementation of institutionalized procedures, standardization and informatization levelof Zhongshan Institute, and it could effectively improve and enhance the quality and level of online training, promoted the training work of Zhongshan Institute to a larger scale and more efficient development.
