In recent years, China’s rapid development of science and technology make not only business, the service sector began to focus on the paperless office information management of production process, but also more education sector, the major schools and other institutions have also begun turning to science and technology for office means. In the ordinary course of business processes in vocational schools in Xinjiang autonomous region, teacher training process management is the most important part, so teachers before entering the school office need to participate in the education training and level assessment, and a large number of teachers results in more complex process of assessment of teacher training, which needs a good solution to resolve.Xinjiang Autonomous Region vocational teacher training colleges management system is developed in this context. This system is mainly based on the actual needs of teacher training and assessment of vocational schools in Xinjiang Autonomous Region, it used J2EE technology, object-oriented design methods, the MVC design pattern, and the UML modeling language to analyze the requirement, and use basic Java language system program to design. This system used Spring+Struts+ Hibernate architecture to be designed, and the system background used SQL SERVER 2012 database to backup and statistical analyze the data.The system mainly includes six core functions:system administrator business functions, provincial administrator business functions, the city state administrators business functions, school administrators business functions, base administrator business functions, student business functions. Each function is mainly around the student enrollment, auditing, training, assessment, statistical analysis of the results and other business of the process of teaching training management, covering the vast majority of teaching training management. It used process-oriented thinking to enhance the efficiency of teacher training management and execution of requests as much as possible.The use of this system can strengthen the security of teacher information and user information to prevent data loss and make the data process work more flowing and systematize, which could greatly improve the management efficiency of teacher training. This system enables the process of teacher training and audit more efficient, safer and more intelligent, which will greatly enhance the level of teacher management of Xinjiang Autonomous Region Vocational College.
