Design And Implementation Of Online And Offline Comprehensive Teacher Training Evaluation System

Education is the root of a country,and the rational distribution of educational resources is to protect the basic premise of social justice.For our country,due to the fact that the development of the objective existence of imbalance,the distribution of educational resources is also extremely uneven.Training for teachers can effectively enhance the teaching ability of teachers and reduce the degree of imbalance.In the highly developed information technology today,teacher training,information technology has also been a high degree of attention.In view of the basic fact that the degree of teacher training is not high enough in our country,this thesis puts forward a kind of education and training mode which combines online and offline,that is,the training process and assessment.The evaluation process is interspersed on line and line.Line,and designed and developed a comprehensive online teacher training evaluation system.The system integrates all kinds of information such as teacher user information,training information,training course,training plan,training record and training statistics.Through the evaluation of the functions of the lecturer module,the system improves training courses and teaching methods,thus indirectly improve the overall quality of teachers.This thesis constructs an on-line comprehensive teacher training evaluation system using B/S architecture,ASP.NET system technology,C# programming language and SQL Server database development technology.The system divides the system into three main modules according to the principle of division of function modules: administrator system module,training student system module,training lecturer system module.This thesis analyzes the functional requirements of three types of user roles,and also analyzes the non-functional requirements and the feasibility of the system.Finally,the three modules of the system are designed in detail,and the security and privacy of the system are guaranteed by the password updating and encryption strategy and the disk control strategy.The system developed in this thesis will greatly reduce the management cost and manpower cost in the teacher training work.At the same time,it strengthens the management idea of standard management and task standardization,and can play a very important role in practical application.
