With the development of science and technology, media technology also follow the trend of the times making an in-depth development. Different media forms gradually integrated and formed a wave of all-media. After the success of all-media communication try out by the TV show The Voice of China, various types of culture is also beginning to get through all-media communication channels. There is no doubt that new culture rely on different emerging technologies. Also, the communication of traditional culture has gradually accepted the new intermedia. In past days, Yimeng Red Culture and other conventional Red Culture relied on traditional media to spread. But now, the disseminator also gradually make an all-media layout under this allmedia wave in order to achieve optimal communication results.The spreading of Red Culture have a great significance on guiding the public to establish the correct values. Researching, protecting, inheriting and making a good use of Red Culture can be more effective and reasonable to protect revolutionary historical and cultural heritage. As a sum of national spirit and material culture, these historical and cultural heritage containing thousands of years of human wisdom, history and culture, and bringing it into the development of the country's politics and economy. And it also can promote the development and utilization of Red cultural resources and inject more vitality and more adequate impetus for the country, social and local economy. The Yimeng Red Culture is an important part of the Red Culture, which has a significant geographical features and historical connotation. From the war time, the Red Culture formed in the Yimeng revolutionary base keeps growing, and integrated with lots of new era factors. As a result, love the Party & the army, forge, hard work, selfless dedication became the main content of the new Yimeng spirit. Under the impact of culture in the new era, Chinese traditional culture is digestion, general public will look more in the trends of new cultural acceptance rather than on interpretation of traditional cultures. Therefore, it is imperative to mining of the national traditional culture and disseminate it to general public. Enhancing the dissemination of Yimeng Red Culture cannot only guide the public to have a better understanding of the Red cultural connotation, but also the effect of stimulating local economic and cultural development cannot be ignored. In all-media age, the relationship between the various media has changed and there is a new perspective between former communication intermedia and new ones. Due to the related media are comprehensive and united, so how to reasonably use of all media to spread Yimeng Red Culture has become an urgent problem. In recent years, the film and television drama Six Sisters of Yimeng, Yimeng have put Yimeng Red Culture into public view. Further spreading of Yimeng Red Culture is urgent, but the communication under the new environment is still in the exploratory stage and inevitably a lot of problems have occurred. For example, the lack of functionality in communication result in misunderstanding of communication contents, it can be said every link in the communication process is flawed. The author of this article roughly combed the communication of Yimeng Red Culture under the all-media environment and concluded the problems appeared in all-media dissemination and gave some suggestions on the all-media communication of Yimeng Red Culture.The paper mainly uses literature analysis method and questionnaire research method. Combining the methods of qualitative research and quantitative research will get the goals of not only focusing on theory but also not departing from reality.The first chapter elaborated on the origin, value and significance of the topic and analyzed the research status at home and abroad, which explained the research methods, the innovations and the key and difficult of the research. Found that both domestic and abroad study rarely involved the whole Red Culture media study, nor of Yimeng Red Culture media study. Then it described the relevant concepts involved in the text.The second chapter analyzed the characteristics of communication processing factors of Yimeng Red Cultural according to the communication "5W" Theory, which make an in-depth analysis of the body-oriented, object scope, content features, fullchannel diversity and media dissemination of results.The third chapter analyzed the communication forms of Yimeng Red Culture under the all-media aspect, including traditional means of communication in the form of newspapers, magazines, movies, television-based media and new media in the form of Wechat, micro-blog, mobile phone and other client-oriented forms.The fourth chapter firstly analyzed the all-media communication effectiveness of Yimeng Red Culture. All-media is bound to play a positive role to promote the spread of Red Yimeng Culture, but it's still insufficient, which in turn reflected problems existed in spreading Red Yimeng Culture through all-media. The self problems of Yimeng Red Culture, the imbalance of media and the poor quality of related products mean that the all-media communication policy needs to be improved.The last chapter gave the appropriate communication strategy recommendations for Yimeng Red Culture communication by all media according the analysis above, which also make the corresponding discussions of all-media communication problems from subject, object, content, media and product industry. Which is government and civil groups working together to rebuild the audience awareness & communication contents of Yimeng Red Culture, and promote a new system of Red Cultural product industries.The last part of the thesis summarized the conclusions to the full context. Firstly, by means of showing multi-dimensional culture connotation in Red Culture, all-media communication have a positive effect on the dissemination of Yimeng Red Culture. Secondly, under the circumstance that all-media communication is not mature now, dissemination to the audience may lead to a misunderstand of Red Culture, causing lack of quality Red Culture dissemination of the Yimeng culture and little effect. Thus, researchers should pay specific attention to dissemination of all aspects of the sound. Finally, the deficiencies of this thesis simply based on theoretical analysis, scientific and practical need to be tested and perfected.This thesis studied the value of Yimeng Red Culture communication and the effect of the communication. Also, the study enriched the content of cultural communication and showed theoretical significance. At present, modern society impacted by various pop culture, it is time to put the interpretation of traditional culture on agenda. The reason is that traditional culture responded the request of the spirit of society. The study could help in building good social patterns, supporting the construction of a harmonious socialist society with ideology.
