In recent years, with the advancement of technology and the rise of labor costs, the use of automated production lines more and more widespread, Especially in large and medium-sized enterprises. Automatic line is a machine system, which can achieve automated production, through the system with each unit operation, to achieve the production, processing, assembling and sorting. Improve work efficiency, reduce production costs, improve quality and reduce labor intensity. So, in the future industrial enterprises, automatic line will be used more widely.In this paper, the automatic line includes eight working unit:piece unit, cover unit, pin unit, paint unit, detection unit, sorter unit, warehouse unit and manipulator unit. Firstly, this paper analyzes the composition and functions of the eight units of work requirements, and choosing control with Mitsubishi PLC. According PLC system, design pneumatic schematics, PLC I/O port table, the external wiring diagram of the PLC, PLC programming of each unit. Wherein the paint unit, detection unit, warehouse unit designed HMI interface for the actual operationFinally, this paper analyzes the CC-link profiles, and using CC-link technology on the entire production line control and debugging, the overall good control effect.
