Recently,our country's economy increases substantially,rural area turns into city more quickly,the secondary industry is also developing rapidly,especially the track,bridges,real estate and other industries directly related to people's livelihood.Anchor clip is an important part in the prestressed concrete structure whose quality and production become more and more important in the market competition.However,the current domestic anchor clip production line generally low degree of automation,the operator technical level is limited and so on,resulting in low production efficiency,poor quality.Therefore,the design of safe and reliable,high degree of automation,low labor intensity,production efficiency and quality of the win-win chain clip automatic production line is the industry's top priority.Based on the analysis of the production process and the system control requirements of the anchor clip,the paper puts forward the design of the equipment for the production of the equipment,a set of automatic feeding,automatic processing forging,product testing and defective products as one of the clip production control system.In the safe operation of the premise,to achieve product efficiency and quality of double high,the labor intensity and production costs double down,the production process automation and standardization purposes.Firstly,according to the production needs,modified the design of the appropriate vibration plate feeding machine,completed the anchor clip automatic feeding;Secondly,select the LED photography light RFL-1,Daheng industrial camera DH-HV1303 UC,Japan And the lens LM16 JCM,PC and other major equipment,with the German company MVtec developed machine vision software HALCON,built rough and semi-finished product testing device,the quality of rough and semi-finished products were tested;then,modified the design of the lathe,manipulator,Sawing machine,servo,servo,cylinder and other auxiliary equipment,according to the functional requirements of each module,the preparation of the PLC control program;Moreover,the control system,,For each module to establish the information transmission channels,making the various parts of the information transmission smooth,can be better with each other,co-operation.Finally,combined with the actual situation,the application of Mitsubishi GOT2000 and its corresponding development environment for the production line developed a friendly man-machine interface.The operation and debugging of the field shows that the automatic production control system of the anchor clip is designed to meet the production requirements of the anchor clip,and has high safety,reliability and practicability to meet the expected target of the design.
