Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a quickly developed and widely used industrial set which is based on microprocessor with the computer technology, control technology, Communication Technology and other high technology.This article analyses the disadvantages of the current use of the PLC teaching system in training the students'practical and innovation ability with the consideration of the current teaching situation of five-year vocational school and the social needs of the PLC technology. It develops the training system based on the Mitsubishi FX series programmable controller with the PLC resources of the Mitsubishi FX series in the senior workers'electronic assessment base.By the ways of surveying, analysis of induction, experience France and so on, the teaching system of theory and practice was designed on the Mitsubishi PLC platform. The technology problems in this design such as the incomplete functions in the training system, the redundant training content, the old module, failing to link with the latest communications technology and touch screen technology were solved. The functions of the logic control on the amount of PLC switch, the analog closed-loop, the intelligent digital, the communications networking, the communication and the touch screen were realized. The successful application of the ways of surveying, action research, analysis induction, lessons learned, and literature method was verified in the Mitsubishi PLC system. The system was openly designed and had good flexibility and scalability with the functional optimization.The experimental results show that the system operated well under the following conditions: Three Phase AC 380V±10% 50 Hz;Temperature: -10℃~40℃;Humidity:≤90%(25℃). Machine consumption:≤1.5kVA.
