The requirements of third generation high frequency (3G-HF) radio technologywere defined in U.S.MIL-STD-188-141B APPENDIX C. High performance Dapsalready have the ability of processing high-speed real time signals. With thesefoundations, this thesis focus on the scheme design of third generation HF AutomaticLink Establishment (ALE) protocol and the key technologies. Then the lineestablishment of point to point under synchronization mode, and the design of the datalink layer channel simulation and the implementation on Visual C++6.0softwareplatform are deeply analyzed in the thesis.Firstly, the development of HF communication system and the Automatic LinkEstablishment (ALE) protocol are present in this thesis. Then, the practical scheme ofprotocol of automatic link establishment and the data link layer simulation channelhave been designed. Then application software of the frame structure of system isdesigned and the software protocol modules are established on Visual C++6.0platform. Some advanced improvements are adopted in the schemes, including CRC,synchronization mode, department of channel, integration of channel management andaddress appointment.Finally all the programming tasks based on above scheme of automatic linkestablishment are completed with compile language. Then we test the performance oflink establishment and the results are provided, the test result shows the feasibility ofthis software....
