The paper, which is entrusted by Shandong Taian Yong Tai Iron and Steel Technology Co., Ltd., aims to design the automatic control system of3050spiral pipe production line based on cc-link fieldbus. The design of the system mainly includes two aspects which are the hardware design and software programming. Based on them, we put forward and implement the overall scheme of the control system.The production line system uses the cc-link fieldbus network. Mitsubishi FX Series PLC and master module are adopted as the master station in the network. The control system is designed to use remote I/O modules, analog output module and590series DC speed regulator as the slave station. Easy View touch screen is the monitor. Eventually a high level automatic control system is built, in which PLC is the control core, cc-link is the control network and DC speed control, man-machine interface control and the PID algorithm control are used.The system hardware design includes two aspects, one of which is the type selection of control equipment, and the other is designing the system control principle diagram, equipment layout diagram and the wiring diagram equipment. The control system has four control cabinet and three console. The software design of the system is PLC software programming to control the production process by the GX Developer programming software. The configuration program of the touch screen is designed by the EasyBuilder500programming software. It is convenient for the operator to set, modify and monitor the entire production line parameters on the touch screen,which makes the control system simpler, easier and more intuitive.In the automatic control system design of the spiral pipe production line delivery line, we first need to conduct research on the production line control principle, and then put forward the control scheme of the various parts. The crucial technology of the steel transmission control system is to switch the single-action and linkage of the delivery machine and the levelling machine during the process of steel welding. Besides, they should be controlled in phase when they are working in-line. This paper focuses on the DC motors’speed of the delivery machine and the levelling machine. Finally we propose the synchronous speed control scheme based on590series DC speed regulator’s PID parameters control. We make PLC software program to improve the algorithm control accuracy, and achieve the ideal control effect.CC-Link fieldbus is used to build the entire network of communication. The cc-link dedicated cable connects the master station and the slave station. Touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the RS485communication protocol. It is convenient to set communication by the GX Developer programming software.So far, the3050spiral pipe production line has been running effectively. This paper also described the process of debugging and running. Speed control failures and other problems have been excluded in the commissioning process. Perfect control functions and easy operation are the advantages of the entire production line. What’s more, the molding quality of the spiral pipe has been improved significantly. the rate of the whole line breakdown is reduced greatly, the efficiency being improved. The system improves the productivity of enterprises, achieve good economic benefits and achieve the desired objectives of the subject.
