With the increasingly fierce competition in the modern machinery and equipment, machinery and equipment manufacturing enterprises in order to improve the service quality, improve customer satisfaction that usually appoint a large number of after-sales service personnel to the site to carry out maintenance services. This approach is not efficient, but also very high cost. In view of the urgent demand of enterprises, the system optimizes the mechanical equipment products with computer technology, Internet technology, database technology and so on that realizes the remote monitoring system based on Internet.Through the investigation and analysis of the diagnostic and maintenance business processes of industrial transportation equipment, the integration of enterprise information system and the future of the enterprise are fully considered. The B/S based model is used as the system architecture, and MySQL is used as the background data base. The system also uses the current popular Java language development, with the Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) as the system development platform, the server uses Tomcat6.0.The industrial transport equipment monitoring system, including user management, system configuration, diagnostic algorithms, graphics and display, help five modules. This system highlights the remote monitoring function of the equipment. Enterprises can understand the operation of the equipment through the Internet, equipment maintenance, and other information. The service process of the industrial transportation equipment is further simplified, the enterprise management is further optimized, the service cost is reduced, and the service process is highly efficient and economical.The system makes the system has a good expansibility and compatibility, through the specific encoding implementation and system testing, industrial transport equipment monitoring system of each module has been successfully implemented, and put into practical application. After the actual use, the paper has proved that the remote monitoring system of industrial transportation equipment is reasonable, and the whole operation is stable, and can meet the needs of enterprises in real time monitoring of industrial transportation equipment.
