With the rapid development and extensive application of computer technology, Making people eager to stay away from high-risk, high-noise scenes to conduct diagnostic testing or maintenance of equipment failures may be the desire, This topic designed an Automatic Generation of the structure ofthe platform equipment used in Remote Diagnostic System based on Window MFC. This platform can simulate many kinds of machine and equipment. It provides a planform for the technical staff to diagnosis, monitoring all major equipment, timely. It makes the Technical staff far away from the machinery and equipment for real-time tracking and monitoring discovering and even soluting problems become a reality.The main contents of this dissertation are listed as follows:(1) Discuss the different modes of Remote Fault Diagnosis System, analysize their advantages as well as disadvantages and put more attention to three layers client/server structure. (2) Use the technique of middleware, build a multifunctional and high efficient Data Exchange Procedure, thus resolve the communication problems between Clients and Server.(3) Develop the general platform which can meet the practical requirement.The platform is a stable, portable, extensible and versatable system.As a part of online monitoring system of the China National Petroleum, The platform has been successfully applied to the Jilin Petrochemical and Liaoyang Petrochemical, Daqing Petrochemical, Xinjiang Dushanzi Petrochemical and other Petrochemical system and the system runs well. The practical effects prove that the diagnosis system runs reliably, operates conveniently, owns strong anti-jamming ability and has a high practical value.
