Research, Manufacturing Equipment In A Web-based Remote Monitoring And Diagnosis System

The advanced manufacture system has put forward a new requirement for monitoring and diagnosis of manufacture equipments,that is, the provider of manufacture equipments should monitor and diagnose the equipments agilely so that an maintainance decision could be provided when some equipments break down. Aimed for the requirement,This paper advances web-based remote monitoring and diagnosis system,also,considering the net band-width bottleneck of remote monitoring and diagnosis, the author attempts to apply mobile agent into remote monitoring and diagnosis system, and probe into the system framework and model realization and system security.Firstly, the research situation and development trend of remote monitoring and diagnosis system are described, and the solution key techniques and methods are also provided.Secondly, the web-based remote monitoring and diagnosis system is studied, and then the architecture of remote monitoring and diagnosis system is established in integrated environment of Infranet / Intranet / Internet and the integration methods of information in these environment is discussed, at the same time, the model architecture and key techniques of remote collaborative diagnosis are studied/Then a kind of remote monitoring and diagnosis system model based on mobile agent is established, and the system realization methods are discussed on IBM Aglet platform.Finally, the technological details of manufacture equipments remote monitoring and diagnosis has been specified, and the prototype system is developed, which validates the reliability of system theory.
