Considering that it is difficulty in training staff of tobacco enterprises and some training lack of expertise,based on the modular design principle and the process characteristics of finished goods warehouse logistics system of Mian Yang Cigarette Factory, a pract ical training system for the logistics production line has been developed to meet the practical demand of the cigarette factory and the vocational training for maintenance electricians,which fully integrates kinds of technologies,including the mechanical s tructure, pneumatic technology, electrical control technology, barcode reading technology, sensor technology, visual detection technology, radio frequency identification technology, robot technology, PLC technology, application configuration monitoring technology, and network control technology.Based on investigation of the modular production of flexible logistics system technology at home and abroad, combined with the finished products Mianyang Tobacco Factory production line logistics, modular logistics design and development of line training system is proposed in this paper. Including the design of overall training system solutions, design the mechanical structure of the training system, training system control function design, training of four parts development system and other monitoring systems. Training system to achieve some of the major processes of simulation of finished products logistics Mianyang Tobacco Factory production line, truly reflects the operating conditions of the actual finished prod uct warehouse logistics system. Through analyzing the composition and process characteristics of the system,a method of the module partition for the practical training system was proposed from a design oriented perspective, and the corresponding parts library based on the analysis of module structure was established. As a result, designers can reuse the parts of the library to combine into the function modules that they require, and then these modules were combined into accomplish the design of the entire system.According to the function, the training system can be divided into: transportation logistics subsystem, palletizing robot subsystems sorting, stereo overhead base subsystem; subsystems have separate PLC controller, PLC training system by scheduling the main run of the entire system the main controller and each subsystem controller via Ethernet communication link; various subsystems can run independently and can accomplish a specific task training in combination with other subsystems. Training System monitoring system is divided into two parts: remote monitoring system and on-site touch-screen control system, the first part uses Intouch configuration software to monitor the development of the interface,the second part uses Factory Talk View Machine Edition soft to implement the monitoring of the training system.real-time data is read through the training system OPC, in order to achieve operational status of the entire training system, real-time monitoring.All parts of the training system has finished in stallation and debugging and achieved the desired training effect.
