| Nowadays,intelligent manufacturing and flexible production have becoming the development direction of modern industry.The quality and speed of updating of products are increasingly demanding.Cross factory cooperation is becoming more and more important.The production and processing of products adopt mode of mass production.The manufacturing system of automated production line is the first choice.The system has a high degree of automatic control of the equipment.The workpieces processing has to go through multiple distribution devices,and production information is also distributed on various devices.To achieve centralized management and control,it is particularly important to quickly acquire and transmit production information.The industrial Ethernet PROFINET communication protocol provides a solution to this problem.PROFINET technology has the advantage of monitoring the underlying devices from the upper level,and it is able to integrate fully with the original system.Therefore,PROFINET communication protocol is used to configure the network structure of practical training system.It is introduced into the training system of automatic production line to change the original control strategy.Using S7-1200 PLC as the controller of each workstation,using WinCC as the upper computer of the configuration monitoring system.Control panel HMI monitors the scene.Forming a star network structure through switches.The six workstations of the training system will exchange data under the PROFINET network.The training system uses TIA SIMATIC Portal V13 programming to realize the single machine debugging of each workstation.It can also connect the workstations to a stable operation under the network integrated system.The training system can expand the ability of the trainees to learn programming and monitoring software.Using SIMATIC NET to set up OPC server in upper computer can enrich the third party software to access S7-1200 PLC.The overall debugging and running results of the training system show that the application of PROFINET combines the functions of centralized control,production digitization and configuration monitoring visualization.Application of PROFINET Network Communication Protocol Integration Architecture in distributed Field Control is convenient and feasible.It provides an effective reference for the industrial field automation production line. |
