SMT is one of the most popular technology in the electronic assembly industry. Because of the complexity and high quality requirements of the electronic products, the manufacturing execution of SMT production line has become the research object of information management. We can realize the lean control of the whole manufacturing process by completing the management of all processes in SMT production line with information technology. Finally, the rate of finished products and the production line efficiency will be improved.In view of the management requirements of SMT production line manufacturing execution process control, quality control and other management requirements, the full coordination management of SMT production line is realized based on digital means. Through the research on the technology and characteristics of SMT production line, this paper provides a practical solution to the problem of production line monitoring, material flow management and quality control. And through the design and development of the software and the actual application, the research results are verified.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:1. This paper studied the SMT production line process monitoring technology. First, the state of manufacturing process of SMT production line is analyzed, and procedure-oriented monitoring model based on dynamic object is proposed. The technology of real-time Kanban that based on real-time data to solve the problem of equipment monitoring is proposed. This paper solves the complicated problem of material preparation by using the technology of incremental experience repository.2. The control technology of logistics flow in SMT production line is researched. First, the application technology of barcode and RFID is analyzed. Then, the technology of flexible coordination of complex material relations based on barcode is proposed to solve the problem of logistics flow in SMT line. In order to improve the efficiency of logistics flow, the technology of turnover perception that based on RFID and information push is proposed.3. The quality control of SMT line is studied. The characteristics and problems of SMT production line are analyzed and the complex correlation technology is proposed. The complex association of data and quality data is realized. Then, the SMT production line statistical process control technology and SMT defect quality graphic identification technology are proposed, and they provide an effective solution for SMT production line quality control and quality data show.4. The Manufacturing Execution System software of SMT production line was designed and developed by using coding technology like ASP. NET、Win Form、NHibernate. The rationality and validity of the technique are verified by the practical engineering examples through this software.
