With the continuous improvement of living standards and rapid development of theconstruction industry, aluminium alloy shape varieties are diversified and personalized.The traditional monitoring system is operated complicatedly, and its interface is notocular. These cause the control efficiency of the production process to be low,and aredifficult to meet the aluminium production line with high speed,highprecision,automatic development needs.In order to changing this kind of state and improving control precision andefficiency of the monitoring system, this paper has designed a new kind of aluminiumalloy shape oxidating production line monitoring systems based onLabwindows/CVI,which can acquire,display the realize data, set and control the productprocessing at the same time.The main contents are as follows:1. Having researched the working process and the characteristics of aluminium alloyshape oxidating production line,and put forward the real-time monitoring system designplan.Introducing the control system hardware condition,establishing two layerscompound PLC control network structure based on DH+.2.Considering the crane’s scheduling is related to the efficiencyof production line,this paper has researched the crane’s scheduling. Proposing the scheduling methodbased on partition and the dynamic scheduling algorithm which the heuristic regulardispatcher combined with the priority table, realizing the algorithms by programmingand analysising the experimental results.3.The thesis has developed the monitoring system based on LabWindows/CVI,andintroduced the function and realizing of interfaces such as the parameter setting, statusmonitoring, load adjusting and alarm records.The structure of monitoring system isexpatiated and the communication between monitor and PLC is made out through OPCserver.
