The Research On Evaluation Of Decision-Making Advisory Service Ability Of Provincial Public Libraries In China

Since the countries develop 13 th national five-year plan,the Ministry of Culture to develop 13 th national five-year plan general idea of cultural reform and development.Public libraries as a basic public cultural service unit,more and more people pay attention to the ability of public library services and service content.This paper takes ability of public library services as a starting point,in-depth analysis of the key factors in the decision-making advisory services abilities of public library.Establish a Provincial public library evaluation on decision-making advisory service ability using the Delphi method.The analysis of practical examples,proposed to increase the service strategy.Specific contents of this paper can be divided into the following five sections:(1)This paper analyzes the decision-making about public library advisory services Evaluation of the research background,significance;It summarizes the domestic and international research status of decision-making advisory service ability of public libraries;It summarizes the research content and research methods,described focus,difficulty,innovation of this thesis.(2)This paper proposes a concept of the public library decision-making consulting abilities,and analyzes the links and differences between the traditional decision-making advisory services and reference services;This paper summarizes the domestic and international public library decision-making advisory services practice base,and explores the key factors that influence the decision-making public library advisory services ability,and establishes public library decision-making advisory services abilities evaluation principles.(3)This paper summarizes the evaluation index system about the diversification of domestic and international public library;Establish a public library index system of decision-making advisory service ability evaluation using the Delphi method,and calculate the index weight.(4)This paper uses an empirical analysis of the decision-making public library services evaluation indicators for application,and difference analysis and services strategic analysis.(5)This paper summarizes the research content and lack of presence.The study was carried out in the future planning and prospect.
