Innovative Research Of Library Bibliographic Data Social Application Service

The writer use literature investigation method to study the history of entire bibliographic data social service,which from closed to open and finally integrate into the World Wide Web.From the past to present and along the historical developing route that I not only summarized the development of the traditional bibliographic data social process,which include bibliographic collection socialization,bibliographic circulation socialization,bibliographic Control socialization,bibliographic ideological education socialization,bibliographic work socialization and bibliographic data exchange socialization,but also include the development of modern bibliography data social process,which from MARC Metadata,Dublin Core Metadata,BIBFRAME,FRBR,RDA to the application of linked data and Semantic Web in library bibliographic data.In order to understand the demand and awareness of ordinary users and librarians about the application of the bibliographic data socialization,I did a questionnaire survey,which inquired 150 library users and 69 library staffs.Combined with the results of the survey,I proposed a demand model which is about the social process of library bibliographic data.According to the strategy,the approach of library bibliographic data social service can be divided into four parts,whichincludeco-construction and sharing of library bibliographic data,metadata integration with other organizations,the integration of open bibliographic data and the network open metadata.
