Research On Construction Of Manchu Information Resource Metadata Framework Based On Bibliographic Literature

The Manchu is a large ethnic group in China's minority ethnic family.In the history,it has passed down a lot of valuable literature resources because of its own written language.Because of the use of Manchu is becoming scarce,experts and scholars in various fields continue to record the life of the Manchu people in Chinese and other languages.In addition,they have also conducted studies on the history and culture of the Manchu.In the era of the mobile Internet,these Manchu literature resources have been digitized one after another,and the Manchu networked information resources are constantly emerging.Digitization and networking of ethnic resources are a major trend.If the Manchu information resources are to be better shared and utilized in the network environment,the construction of its metadata framework cannot be delayed.Of course,there are still many problems that have not been solved in the current construction of metadata for ethnic minority information resources in China,but there are also many experiences that can be used for reference and reference.This article is based on the above considerations,based on the existing Manchu and Manchu literature bibliography compilation research results,summarize the basic situation of the existing Manchu information resource description elements,and then refer to the existing metadata specification standards to propose a simple level of Manchu metadata framework about three typical Manchu literature of Manchu ancient books,Manchu archives,and Manchu rubbings,for the construction of the metadata framework of Manchu information resources.Firstly,review the research results of the compilation of Manchu bibliographic literature at home and abroad,and propose that the construction of Manchu information resource metadata can make full use of the large amount of metadata provided by the existing Manchu bibliographic literature,put forward the importance of the construction of Manchu information resource metadata framework;Secondly,explain the relationship between bibliographic literature and metadata,summarizes the bibliographic documents and their compilation,analyzes the metadata and its composition,and finally shows the relationship between the two;Thirdly,the detailed description of the compilation of the Manchu bibliographic documents,analyzes and summarizes the resources of bibliographic documents,the description of projectinformation,the classification system,and the research results of the compilation rules;Finally,After the discussion of the design principles of Manchu information resources metadata,the design basis of metadata and existing metadata standards,a metadata framework for three types of Manchu ancient books,Manchu archives,and Manchu rubbings in Manchu literature is constructed,and the content of their descriptive metadata and management metadata are defined respectively.Of course,this is a simple-level framework,and the types of Manchu information resources included are not comprehensive.I hope that it can be further studied and improved in the future.
