With the constant development of Internet technology and the arrival of the new media era, media convergence environment has changed traditional model and brought new challenge and development to media industry. Meanwhile,This situation also have a increasingly high expectations and demands be placed on media professionals, more and more pressure on work,which led a lot of working pressure on mentally and physically to media professionals. Especially in recent years, the topic of media professionals premature death due to illness or melancholia,and showed an upward trend, which has aroused widely public attention.China's radio and television industry is becoming huge and complicate,it includes CCTV, provincial TV station, local TV station and country TV station.In this situation,the development of local TV station can not be optimistic.Thus,it is very important to research work stress on local TV station's professionals in media management areas. On the one hand,The research can improve the competence of work stress in human resource management ares.On the other hand,it also can provide more effective reference for extensive media industries.The thesis research of local TV station professionals,it based on documents that both at home and abroad,to understand some theories about work stress and work stress management, the feature of local TV station and professionals.There are many subject theories in the process of this thesis research,such as management psychology journalism and communication and so on.It depends on Robbins pressure theory primary,as well,it also make depth interview and questionnaire to professionals.The research starts from local TV station's profile,intends to control concrete content of professionals stress management deeply.During the research, suggests hypothesis,and calculates dates with SPSS which from questionnaire to media professionals,then analysis professionals' basic information.Through principal component,find out that the municipal TVstation professionals have bigger pressure at work.The four main factors are job characteristics,organizational systems,career development, individual employee.With the interpretation of result of empirical research,there are some problems in terms of pressure management in local TV station,for instant,excitation mechanism and vocational training mechanism are not perfect enough,consultation and communication channels is not rich enough,and the steps limited that relieve media professionals' work stress. In the end, the thesis depends on exist problems,provides various fundamentals of stress management,includes degree of appropriate principle,individualized principle,post difference principle,organization channeling principle.Then according the features of local TV station professionals work stress and main factors,propose some measures of work stress management at organizational level.The thesis hope to provide some help for more extensive media industries through this stress management research.
