Research And Development, Assessment Of The State System Of Civil Aviation Students Psychological Stress

This study is based on the assessment of psychological stress state of students in Civil Aviation Flight University of China. By means of the inquiry of relevant literature and the analysis of existing research, develop psychological stress questionnaire of flight students, combined with the actual test results of the survey questionnaire, revise the initial questionnaire and form the final edition of civil aviation flight students psychological stress questionnaire. Then analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to ensure its scientificity so that it can provide theoretical support for the development of the"assessment system of civil aviation students'psychological stress status". Then use Active Server Page which based on B / S architecture to develop the"assessment system of civil aviation students'psychological stress status". The system use Excel to simplify statistical analysis of the psychological stress data and to simplify the complexity of operations, it also simplified the complexity of system development and system using, solved the problem that most ordinary users can not use some statistical analysis software such as SPSS etc.This study is divided into two parts: The first part is to analyze some current evaluation method in psychological stress status, and develop the questionnaire by in-depth information search and interviews, then revise it with the application of psychometric principles so that it can be used as an effective tool for further studies. The second part is based on the first part, use B / S architecture to design the"assessment system of civil aviation students'psychological stress status", then develop and test the system. Finally, summary the results of the system development, and look forward the future work.
