A Study On The Relationship Among Work Stress,Resilience And Occupational Burnout Of Journalists

In order to study the journalists' job burnout situation,and to understand the relationship among the work stress?resilience and job burnout,we use the journalist work stress ? resilience and job burnout scales,to measure the 220 journalists in Changsha.the main conclusions are as follows:1?the journalists' work stress and job burnout on sex?birth place?age?marriage?education?service relation?occupation?service category?unit property.2?there are positive correlations between the dimensions of job stress and the emotional exhaustion and alienation dimension of job burnout.there is a positive correlation between the working condition dimension of job stress and the inefficacy dimension of job burnout.3?there are negative correlations between the working conditions,the organizational structure and atmosphere and the resilience of the journalists' working stress.the work characteristics are positive related to the toughness and optimism of the resilience.4?there is a negative correlation between the dimensions of resilience and the job burnout of the journalist.5?the journalists' resilience in the work stress and job burnout play a mediating role.
