With the development and progress of rail traffic, people pay more attention to the safety of operation of the vehicle bogie, as one of the most important parts of railway vehicles, plays a crucial role in vehicle operation safety and comfort. Under a variety of complex long-term effects of stress, bearing member of the parts will continue to produce fatigue damage, when the cumulative damage reaches a certain level will lead to fatigue failure, which may endanger traffic safety seriously, So regular fatigue strength analysis is extremely necessary.Through dynamic stress testing, running condition of the vehicle bogie and performance of key parts been tracked, which is used to evaluating locomotive bogie fatigue strength and service life, also providing the basis for the modification and development of new construction and maintenance strategy. In this paper, by the dynamic stress testing methods, principles of fatigue strength analysis and life prediction,A analysis software of the fatigue strength based on a set of test data is been designed and development. Described the develop environment, the structure and function of the characteristics, the software design methods of parts, and so on. Using good rain flow counting method cycle counting, capable of handling large data quickly, provides the basis for a two-dimensional stress and fatigue life prediction spectral statistics; combined with on-site dynamic stress testing, the use of this software for data analysis, obtained the maximum principal stress of key measurement points of bogie, the two-dimensional stress spectrum, GoodMan fatigue limit diagram, and predicted fatigue life. Test results show that all the measuring points satisfy the required fatigue strength and fatigue life estimation values were greater than the design requirements.
