Lean Design For FMCG Production Line

In recent years, as the lean production being well known in the word wild, the idea of lean management has get a very strong development. Lean management is coming from the lean production. It is start from lean product management experience, and extends to other business management system. Rise to a kind of management concept from the detail management tools at the very beginning. This paper will do the analyst and research on current production line design process in FMCG industry, based on current design process, after combine with lean management idea, to find out a new and lean FMCG production line design process.The paper will do the introduction and analyst on lean management concept and the FMCG industry at first.
