Software testing is a research hotspot in recent years of software engineering, software testing organization and management are also hot research issues in software enterprise management in recent years. The author describes the software testing industry and the development of MIS system and analysis of MIS system in enterprise management effect. Then, author for Xth Research Institution's Software Test Center for research target, analysis Software Test Center as an organization in software development process effect, and descript software test center's main work process in actual run, and descript the problems of actual work and management process:1) Test process in the of human resources waste2) Communication cost high3) Personal workload statistics complex.These problem has the general suitable characters, not X Research Institution's unique problem, But the common problem in the industry. Therefore, the author's research will not only improve the management level of X Research Institution's software test Center, improve the software quality of X Research Institution, and this research can help other businesses have Guide and reference.Using MIS system improve software test Center's management, MIS system design problems need to be addressed. Currently shortcomings in the design of MIS is inadequate understanding, inadequate initial design work and other issues. UML is a popular tool in recent years in the field of computer modeling technology, it uses graphical form on the target system's accurate description of each sector. The article use lean management concepts and UML modeling method, analyze the existing management and process, and present a new method of how can put a new system into existing process, then use the method of modeling optimize to infer to the software demands of the MIS and the modeling of function design. The author also descript the method of project management using Gantt chart, and the method of automatic data processing to improve the management. Then the author mix the two method to the design of MIS, and analyze the demands of the system's software and hardware, and the design frame.Finally, the author make a summary of the study, analyzes the main innovations and breakthroughs, and analysis of the current problems and future directions.
