Media industry in China is a relatively new industry but full of opportunities.More and more companies are entering this market,making competition more intense.If media companies intend to obtain long-term development,it is necessary to analyze and study the operation of enterprises from a strategic perspective,to develop clear strategic objectives for the actual development of enterprises.Analysis of the business environment and strengthen the conditions faced by the enterprises to future operating conditions and environment changes in business to make decisions,to grasp the correct internal and external business opportunities and advantages,enhance their ability to adapt to the environment,and thus to promote enterprise long-term development and growth objectives.Zhi Cai Media company needs to solve how to master the media resources,survival and development in the current variety of highly competitive media environment.Entrepreneurs are placed in front of the problem: how to keep invincible position in the future.It is necessary first of all choose from the strategic level for their own development strategies,to take a scientific and effective measures to implement its own strategy,which is particularly urgent.This thesis is based on the research status at home and abroad related to the analysis above and analysis of the development of environment of Zhi Cai Media company,including the macro environment analysis,industry competitive environment analysis and SWOT analysis of organic color and other media companies and has a study of Zhi Cai Media company's overall strategy,competitive strategy,business strategy and support strategies.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction.It describes the research background,meaning and purpose,the contents and methods.The second chapter analyzes the core competitiveness of Zhi Cai Media company by the status quo media company analysis.First,a brief introduction of the company'sdevelopment of media,then Zhi Cai Media company's core competitiveness development in detail,last is the formation of Zhi Cai Media company's core competitiveness problem analysis.The third part analyzes Zhi Cai Media company's environmental competitiveness.This part studies Zhi Cai Media company's internal environment,external living environment analysis and research,including organizational structure,strategic objectives of the analysis,management analysis,and then the enterprise SWOT analysis.Then discusses Zhi Cai Media company's developing competitive strategy.This part points out Zhi Cai Media company's strategic target strategy development,in determining the target market and competitors,which is based on the proposed competition program.The five part discusses Zhi Cai Media company's competitive strategy implementation.Finally is the conclusion and points out the limitations of this article by the analysis of the shortcomings of the study and the direction of future research.
