The Design And Implementation Of Project Application Management System For Jiangxi Association For Science And Technology

With the continuous development of information technology, the level of informatization management is improving continually. The electronic government has already become a very important means to boost office efficiency for the covering departments to carry out the informatization reformation about the government affairs,cause the traditional mode of submitting project application materials by paper can not meet the requirements of informatization management. More and more departments are adopting the mode of online project applications in place of the traditional one. After many years of research and practice, the function and performance of online project reporting management system are improving continuously as well as the requirements of the innovation about the project applications.This paper is mainly aimed at how to design and realize a system management suitable for the online project applications for Jiangxi association for science and technology. And this system is mainly used in Provincial Association of science and technology to manage the online project reporting, approval and the approval progress enquiry.Through the demand analysis of the system, in this paper, I use the service-oriented architecture design and implement online application management system for science and technology project based on B/S structure. This system achieves five function modules, namely, the system management, project management,comprehensive assessment of management and maintenance management of personal information. During this process, I adopted the web application scheme, which is under the S2 SH framework structure based on J2 EE technology. Compared with other management systems of project applications, this system combines the TF-IDF algorithm and the cosine similarity to calculate the resemblance between the contents of the online project declaration and the historical one, which is of great benefit to test the creativity of the online project declaration.The system in this paper can realize the informatization management of the project applications for Jiangxi association for science and technology, is able to apply,recommend,approve and enquire the approval progress through the internet and help the assessing officers to check the creativity of the project declaration, which improves to a large extent the efficiency of project application management forJiangxi association for science and technology, thus improving the management level of technology project application for Jiangxi association for science and technology and doing good to the development of constructive work about the technology innovation system.
