For the domestic petrochemical industry in the production process, for desulfurization emissions from larger issues, designed for SO2, NOx, CO, O2 component analysis system, the laser particle analysis on-line monitoring system for emissions monitoring. This paper uses an infrared gas analyzer having the option to infrared absorption SO2, NOx, CO were analyzed using a fuel cell based on the principle of O2 analyzers for oxygen content analysis. Sample pretreatment system for gas desulfurization process of sample impurity and temperature in real time, so that the dust sample gas temperature to meet testing standards-line analyzer transmitter. Designed based on the temperature controller Siemens S7-200PLC traffic monitoring system. Achieve real-time smooth and accurate desulfurization process for monitoring all emissions components, dramatically reducing the emission of pollutants. Can lead to the petrochemical business decision makers, development and application of personnel realistically on-line analytical instruments in refining the production process's status, the role given to new understanding and valuation, thereby enabling the refining business online analyzer application work deserve attention.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction, the background and significance of the pollution-line monitoring system are briefly described. And presents the main purpose and the main content of the research work. The second chapter is spoken in demand analysis, the main work is based on the current environmental situation, the concept of on-line monitoring of emissions, and to analyze the overall needs of the system. The third chapter is part of the system design, the basic structure, principle, and a brief summary of the main components of online monitoring system introduced chemical sample handling systems, traffic monitoring method for deriving and using Siemens PLC traffic monitoring software design. Thesis chapter is part of the system implementation, which in this part of the function of pollution-line monitoring system were tested. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect, in this section of the work done to summarize the contents of the subject, and the junction and the actual production needs to further optimize the design of pollution-line monitoring system were discussed.
