High-voltage transmission lines affected by air pollution,climate and other environmental factors,insulator pollution flash,wind flashover,wire dancing,wire ice and other phenomena often occur,often lead to wire fault trip,arc burns,fittings,insulator damage,wire damage,broken,broken,down the tower and other crisis matters,resulting in significant economic losses,a serious threat to the safe operation of high-voltage transmission lines.Most of the high-voltage transmission lines running in the outdoor suburbs,high-voltage transmission lines involved in large area,where the geographical situation,climate changes are complex.The traditional manual inspection method can not ensure accurate results,and need to spend a lot of manpower and financial resources and material resources can not be real-time online monitoring,efficiency is not high,it is impossible to find real-time high-voltage transmission lines on the security risks.According to the State Grid Henan Electric Power Company Zhengzhou Power Supply Company and Zhengzhou University 4.0 Institute of Industry commissioned,designed and implemented high-voltage transmission line online monitoring system.The system involves technology such as sensor,embedded system,GPS,wireless communication,database and WEB development.Requirements analysis using interviews,prototyping and observation and document review methods,and the State Grid Henan Electric Power Company Zhengzhou power supply company's products are responsible for communication,access to demand,the establishment of requirements analysis model.Object-oriented design process,the use of UML,the establishment of domain models,timing diagrams and class diagrams.Modular system design,so that the development team in parallel design,implementation and testing.Completed the user interface design.Completed the high voltage transmission line online monitoring system software testing.System functions include:1.Real-time monitoring,monitoring line running status,real-time view highvoltage transmission line temperature,drape and current data.2.Sensor data classification query and analysis.In WEB and APP,show real-time data,real-time alarm data,historical alarm data query,historical data query,statistical charts and electronic maps.3.System configuration management,including personnel management,line configuration,tower configuration,sensor configuration and rights management subsystem.The system has been in the two lines(Liugu line and Hui stone line)the actual running time of more than one year,the operation of stable performance.
