Transmission lines is an important component of the power transmission in the power system, guarantee the normal operation is the foundation of the whole power system stability.Transmission line region are widely distributed, is facing the influence of various meteorological and geographical environment. When subjected to a natural and external environment factors change such as heavy rain, thunder and lightning, ice and snow, falling objects, the transmission lines may be short circuit, break, even pour tower accidents, and endanger the safe operation of power system. However, the traditional maintenance method is difficult to ensure a safe and effective operation. Therefore, in order to improve the management level of the transmission line, ensure the reliability of power system operation,urgent need a set of reliable performance, function-rich on-line monitoring system for transmission line.Based on the investigation of the status of transmission line status monitoring in our country and the research of transmission line condition monitoring system, the paper uses MVC design pattern and UML description tools and in the form of system use case diagram and the software structure diagram completed the system requirements analysis and general framework design, and system communication protocols between master station and terminal equipment also be analyzed and designed. Using the Oracle database, Java language, SSH framework, in the MyEclipse environment transmission line status online monitoring system is implemented that including system management, accounting management, real-time monitoring, data reporting and other modules. In view of the importance of wire temperature monitoring, at the end of this paper, two-factor non-repetitive variance analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between conductor temperature and external meteorological factors. The relationship between the external meteorological factors and the wire temperature and the influence of the wire temperature on the state of the transmission line are described in detail.The state of transmission line on-line monitoring system already on the market and put to use we has studied and implemented in this paper. The system meets the requirements of the line manager, so that the staff can real-time grasp the running state of transmission line, not only greatly improve the work efficiency, also avoid some dangerous situation and achieve the prospective purpose.
