However, the development of the quality of diary don’t match the quantity, and so many quality cases have already made the public panic. Such as the products of fonterra co-operative Group are contaminated with the clostridium botulinum. The accident made a negative influence on this company as well as the consumer behavior. This article’s research objectives is to establish a traceability System of dairy products supply chain, which can monitor the whole process effectively, and reach the goal of reducing and eliminating the occurrence of quality incidents of diary products. And finally, we can convince our consumer by improving the quality.Our research summarizes many excellent articles and works in this area. To clarify the research, we need to do some basic analysis. First, we need to analysis the real reason that lead to the quality and safety problem. Then, it is also a indispensability step to analysis the supply chain and its every link. Besides, the technique may be used in the traceability system of dairy products supply chain and the reliability of the system is also an important part of our research. These three parts are the base of the whole research.There are mainly have two parts in this article. How to build traceability system of dairy products supply chain and what support we should get from the Internet of things are the first part. If we want to apply traceability System of dairy products supply chain into supply chain, we need to master its characteristics, security mechanism which use HACCP and information sharing mechanism use GS1 as the foundation technology. Then we combine the two core technology together to build the traceability System of dairy products supply chain.The second part is to research the reliability of the system. We use the Markov process model to analysis the reliability of the system from two levels. It is the system whether can be operated smoothly or not. And how can we amend it if there happen to meet some problems.Traceability is a ability that can trace the whole production process of the product, such as the place, the people involved and its every transformation. Though it’s really fresh new, it is a necessary part to guarantee the quality of the product, especially the higher living level of the public put forward a higher demand of the quality of dairy.
