Design And Implementation Of Vehicle Product Quality Management System

Quality management of the products has a very important influence on the company's production and operation. Although many companies have currently carried out construction of ERP system to manage the products manufacturing process, the ERP system mainly focuses on management of raw material inventory, production process and product sales of vehicle products, and involves less in quality management of the products. To this end, based on the concept of software engineering, this paper takes X Company as an example and adopts the ERP system to study informationization implementation of the company's product quality management.In this paper, based on the concept of soft engineering, the product quality management system of X Company is studied. Firstly, by analyzing auto production process of X Company, this paper finds out production characteristic of X Company's auto products. In addition, it adopts UML technology to analyze the use case diagram of X company's vehicle products quality management system, and analyzes the safety requirements of the system according to construction features of informationization system, as well as conducts feasibility analysis against construction of the system from the perspectives of technical feasibility, economic feasibility and operational feasibility. Then, based on the demand for vehicle products quality management system, B/S three-tier structure is applied to construct X Company's vehicle products quality management system. Meanwhile, according to analysis of the use case diagram about the system, this paper designs the functional structure of the system and studies the design of E-R diagram and specific design tables of data storage database in the system. Finally, the overall structure of the system using Model+Control+view lightweight three layer structure,the informationization of X company's specific businesses related to vehicle production, such as raw material feeding quality management, vehicle production process quality management, vehicle product quality management and quality statistical analysis, etc., is studied.It can be found from the system test that the system can meet the demand of users and improves X company's quality management efficiency, as well as greatly strengthens the company's quality management. As a conclusion, this study achieves the accomplishment of X company's Product Quality Management System construction.
