This thesis discusses software development and implementation of the electricity transformation monitoring information management system for Shanghai Electrical Power Company. This system aims to transform equipments distributed on the electrical power grid, conducts continuously or periodically automated monitoring for their running status, so that it can ensure transformer equipments'running reliability and on-time fault alert, and also collect consistent power grid running status data as the foundation of equipment maintenance and dispatch.This thesis presents the system development from the viewpoint of requirement analysis, design, implementation and test in which the major use cases, software architecture, database scheme and test cases are respectively discussed. This system software and hardware is divided into three levels which are main station level, station control level and monitoring process level. This thesis focuses on discussing the software system's demand analysis, design and programming implementation which running in the monitoring center station. The thesis amply discusses the system's power grid panel point modeling information representing function, inspection tasks'running management function, computing processing function for monitoring data charts, and data communication function. Through using multiple level structures, it establishes the system's center station software design scenario, analyzes and discusses the system's internal software object division and design scenario, database design scenario, and main flows of data processing computing. This system's center station software runs in universal Windows graphical operating environment, application server in center station is programmed and developed by C# and SQL Server database. Through TCP/IP protocol, programs in center station realize interactive visit to equipment panel points in station control level processing units, center station server and center database.This system has been put into running. Primary testing shows that it can run stable, generate correct data chart, and conduct monitoring management functions. It reaches its anticipated developing target, and meets the users' daily monitoring management requirement of distributed power grid points.
