Design Of Integrated Management System For Electric And Electric Information Experiment Teaching Center

Laboratory is the main place to school teaching and scientific researching. It is the basis of school and social service, and it is a complicated system engineering refer to many aspects which include the experiment teaching, instrument and equipment, personnel of laboratory, consumable material of test and safety of laboratory etc.The network of colleges and universities becomes very popular along with the continual development of computer application technology. In the premise of nation attaching importance to educational informatization and practice education, it is inevitable to manager laboratory with computer networks to improve the work efficiency and service level of laboratory. Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is a network management system which is handiness and the highly sharing of information. It can realize computer management of entire process of experiment teaching, relief work load of laboratory people; improve work efficiency and service level, and also can promote sharing of internal and external laboratory source of college, realize reporting data to department in charge of education, provide original information and basic data of laboratory evaluation to college.This thesis is based on intensive study of current development status and trends of LIMS of colleges and universities, references the existing experience and lessons, aimed at characteristic and existed questions of electrician and electric information experiment teaching center of my college, through detailed analysis of function and performance demand, with current advanced technology of video surveillance, B/S architecture and wireless network, and comparison and selected system software development tools, designs internal network topology of experiment teaching center laboratory of electrician and electric information, planning and design the functional model and data flow chart of each subsystem of system management, teaching affair management, equipment management, general information search and safety management etc, and the safety management system by setting up and running, to realize remote monitoring, alarm and other functions.This LIMS implements new open-type management mode with help of campus network and database system, relate the management work of laboratory with teachers and students, it cannot only realize integration in information level of experiment teaching management, human resource management and equipment assets management of other college’s LIMS, and also can realize integration in overall process of real-time monitoring, management and control for laboratory environment safety, optimize the work and information flow of laboratory, reduce the potential safety hazard of laboratory, meet the teaching requirements of college preferably.
