Design And Research Of Monitoring And Management System Of Electric Vehicle Charging Station

With the problem of environmental pollution and energy crisis in the world automobile industry the importance of the development process is increasingly being referred to at all levels, the EV gradually become the object be concerned and development because of its clean and reproducible fuel. In order to extend the EV industry, it is very necessary to build the centralizing, safe, reliable and high-efficient charging-station for the EVs, which will be indispensable energy services infrastructure when the large-scale industrialization of EVs is formed. It plays an important role in charging station to design a high degree of automation, reliable operation, high efficiency power saving, and convenient usage and maintenance of monitoring and information management system,which also marks the strength and maturity of charging station.Fortunately, the development of modern computer technology, communication technology, control technology and information management technology development just provide us a effective way to solve this problem,and it realizes computer centralized monitoring, control and management for charging station.Monitoring system was introduced in the pre-cell research, which includes two monitoring sub-systems for charging system and smoke alarms. The part of charging monitoring is composed of a charging station, several charger controllers and its corresponding battery management systems. The CAN communication was used between charging station and charge controller to realize data exchange,while charger adopt RS-485 communication to communicate with its corresponding the battery management system.This monitoring scheme improve the real-time, accuracy and safety of system communication, which also decrease the system costs.Based on the monitoring system, we research management system, the front desk developing instrument of this system used Visual Basic 6.0 Programming language, backstage supporter's database used ACCESS 2007, adopted ADO database visit technology. This system function mainly includes the following six modules:charger archives management module, battery archives management module, charging operation management module, alarm information management module, user management module and system maintenance module. The system function close to charging station reality, offers the function of typing and inquire, etc. System operation is simple, succinct on the interface, big medium and small-scale charging station is all suitable for using.Finally, the paper summarized the main content, and analyzes the drawback of the system, as well as in which remained to be improved or perfected in the future.
