Based On The Theory Of Science And Technology Archives Management System Research

Scientific development has entered into a new era. Meanwhile, sci-tech archives work has to size the opportunity to reform constantly. Sci-tech archives is the crystallization of scientific and technological workers' labor, which records and reflects processes and results of scientific and technological activities.Sci-tech archives has been paid more and more attention. Under the circumstances of innovation, scientific workers expect a big leap in the management of sci-tech archives. The management of sci-tech archives has made some progress, but working contents, working means, management mode and method still stay on the traditional mode, which can not meet the need of social development and fully play its value. What's more, it restricts the scientific research. Therefore sci-tech archives management system has to be systematically studied.This paper first described the importance of sci-tech archives, summarized its contents and discussed some problems such as non-completed collection, un-standard arrangement, difficult centralized management, utilization lag. Then, it analyzed the characteristics of sci-tech archives management and the internal and external factors of development from the viewpoint of systematic theory. It systematically summarized the relationship and conflictions with work of science and technology. At last it put forward some effective measures, thinking build scientific management system, therefore, promote scientific development of sci-tech archives management.
