As the important component of news reports, Sci-Tech Journalism has gradually developed in thefield of Journalism and communication. This paper selects the" people's Daily" and" the New YorkTimes" as the object of studying, takes the reporting of Nobel Prize in scientific as an example, usesFraming Theory of study method, and analysis237texts in twenty years. Throughanalysis, I getconcludes the changing and existing problems of Sci-Tech Journalism between Western and China,and put forward some suggestions on how to improve Sci-Tech Journalism reporting.This paper generally could be divided into three parts. There are four chapters. The overallstructure is putting forward the problem, analyzing it and getting a conclusion. The first chapter is theintroduction. Based on the existing paper, I take "people's Daily" and" the New York Times "of isreported as the research object in twenty years.The second chapter is about research method. Based onthe construction of Framing Theory, I analysis content from the micro, medium and macrorespectively.At the macro level I analysis quantity,page,and theme framework. In the middle level, Itry to construct news narrative framework,sourcesand research. At the micro level, I analysis the titleof the text, scientific terminology,and tendency. The third chapter is the research found based on thesample of specific analysis. The fourth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion.For science and technology reports, I suggest that we should strengthen science and technologyreports on the strength and depth and follow the basic law of the news coverage; we should learn fromadvanced experience based on the journalistic professionalism; we should attach importance tohumanistic values.
