The traditional file management is mainly based on paper, which exists many problems that it is not easy to save files and it is easy to damage or leak the information,most importantly,lower efficiency.In the current information age, it is urgent to provide electronic records management, due to effectively improve the efficiency, save time cost and labor cost. Therefore, it is necessary and important to strengthen the management system of archival information.This paper mainly studies that archives information management of the management committee of Gaoxing District in Ningbo.In the first chapter, we introduce the background of the project, the current state of the same type of management system,the significance of the study and what contribution I have maken on the study.Secondly, analysis the system with the method and principle of the software engineering,in the business analysis,analysis the original file information management system and existing problems of the management committee of Gaoxing District in Ningbo whit the activity diagram in UML modeling drawing tools,after giving the traditional archives management process, this paper gives the optimized archives management process;in functional analysis, describe input information management, library information management, return information management, destroy information management, account management, log management and rights management of optimized system by using the use case diagram and package diagram; in the data analysis, this paper uses the class diagram describes the structure of data in the various parts of the archives information management system, then give entity relationship analysis diagram and the corresponding database table; finally, give summary and outlook.
