This thesis discusses software design and implementation of a service extension management system for Shanghai Electrical Power Company. This system is an important part of the company's client service management system. Through using current mainstream software technology, it can support the company to realize completed client-oriented electrical power supply service processing, completed power supply service information sharing for business departments, and routine management of operation flow. This thesis analyzes and discusses the software demand analysis, design and implementation. Especially, it analyzes this system's several functional demands, such as client application function, client installation function, capacity increase processing function and capacity decrease processing function. These business functions'processing methods cover most of the other business function processing modules, which can be deemed as the above main functions' sub-flows. This thesis gives outlined analysis and gives some typical business processing functions' user cases charts. On the basis of demand analysis, the thesis gives the software design and programming implementation. On server end, this software is comprised of business processing level and business unit level. On business processing level, the system classified manages detailed processing flows according to the system's requirement, and processes each operation as a separate object. On business unit level, the system classified manages each special type of operation unit. Operation units are the objects called by senior level business processing. This system's database uses SQL Server 2012, and programming by.NET/C# AND T-SQL. It has been finished internal development test, begins to accept online testing and assessment with real business data and power grid resource data. It runs stable now, apparently improves management efficiency and business processing accuracy.
