| Shanghai North City District Electrical Power Supply Company's Service Extension System is the information tool to support highly efficient power supply service,optimization and new market extension management.This thesis present its design and implementation from the perspective of software engineering.This thesis presents the development of the service extension information management system's analysis,design and implementation works around the main problems in the related transaction processing requirements.Its presentation is based on the enterprise's actual demands in its customer power consuming demands processing and capacity change related services,with the goal to resolve the defects in current transaction processing abilities.It presents the development work systematically from the functional requirements to the software technical solutions.This software's global function is focused on the most important aspects which includes customer's electric power supply application processing,initial installation processing,capacity extension processing and reduction processing functions.The related data processing demands and use case models are built up for the above requirement analysis.The thesis discusses the approach to the software solution with its design principle in balance of advancedness and practicality,to construct the software architecture by means of the object-oriented methods.It presents some further concrete details,including its architecture design,database design,interface schemes,some internal data processing flows and module frameworks,programming methods and related tests.This system has finished with its initial trial applications which significantly raised the service extension transaction processing and customer service abilities as well as strongly support the accuracy in related transactions processing,for example the transactions of power supply and equipment running management,all with comparatively active effects. |
