| In this thesis the software development of the power supply new installation and capacity extension/reduction service management system for Xuzhou North Urban Electrical Power Supply Company is discussed. This system is developed under the goal of providing complete information management support, in order for the customer services in power supply new installation and capacity extension/reduction and the coordinated operations within the company. These services are centralized around its customers by means of accurate information and regularized business procedures realized by this system.The concrete requirement analysis, software design, programming methods and tests on this information system are presented in this thesis. This system's several fundamental functional requirements are analyzed, for instances, the customer power supply application processing function, high and low voltage power supply new installation function, electrical power capacity extension and reduction processing function. Along with these required service functions'the use case models are constructed. It is sated on the basis of requirement analysis in the thesis about the software architecture design for its transaction processing layer, transaction unit layer and data management layer, the functional tasks and modules configured at each layer, its main object classes, internal data structures and the class relationships of aggregation and inheritance by means of class diagrams and processing flowcharts. For this application software implementation, a brief description on the representative objects and programming codes are presented, along with some program output examples and the testing methods for the system.This software is programmed with C# at the application server side. The SQL Server is used as its database server, both run in the environment of Microsoft .NET. The service management demands imposed by the company has been reached and satisfied through the probation running phase. |
