As Computer technology developed rapidly today, traditional educational administration which needs a large number of people has been eliminated. Therefore, using the campus network platform and based on educational administration management of Liaoning equipment Career Technical College, we develop educational administration management system based on network.The educational administration management system adopts three layers of B/S architecture,.NET Framework 1.1, and based on Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2003 development platform, exploit and design by C# programming language. The backstage database uses relational database SQL Server 2005 which has the good flexibility and stability. The system is the educational administration management system that contains the educational department subsystem, teacher subsystem and student subsystem. First of all, the educational department subsystem has eight management function included notice management, student management, teacher management, academy management, major management, class management, curriculum management and system management. Secondly, the teacher system is including the announcement information, performance management, teaching query, information maintenance, system maintenance and so on. Finally, student subsystem includes the announcement information, event registration, information inquiry, online course selection, system maintenance and so on.At first, the paper is about the development background of the system and the significance of this subject. And then, it focus on the design and realization of the system. Finally, the system is tested and got good results which achieve the purpose of the research that improve the utilization efficiency resources and System operation efficiency. If the school can make use of the educational administration management system, it will reduce the heavy academic work.
