Design And Realization Of Nanchang Institute Of Technology Academic Affairs Management System Based On B/S Structure

As the knowledge economy is playing an increasingly important role in the development of modern society, the country’s emphasis on education is becoming more and more deeper, followed by a rapid growth of the number of students. All kinds of information about students is engendered, which generated more and more data that the college educational administration should be handled, in the face of so much data, how to effectively manage these data, with the purpose to reduce the workload of school administrators is an important problem that we are facing at present. However, nowadays’ university educational management mode are manual operation,its working efficiency is low, and with the expansion of the scale of higher school and diversification of the education level, make the educational informatization come true,and to rebuild a network educational administration management information system that can adapt to the current development with openness and extensibility is imminent.This paper is based on the educational administration as the research object of the system, research and arrange the system of the investigationof educational administration of the college, so as to analyze and designa teaching management system for colleges and universities. In this paper, Firstly,According to the development of educational management present situation and background,expounds the meaning, purpose and present the situation of the educational management system, to know it`s necessary, which lead to this research content, significance, and raises the research content; Second, the definition of the system were briefly reviewed, elaborated the system construction goal and business needs. Then descripte the overall framework of the system with the structure frame of the system, mainly including the student login,take the courses online, apply some exam online, and manage their own information; To teacher, they can manage the students’ grade, modify their own information;The administrator have the right to maintain the system and modify the parameters, manage educational administration information, along with the students and teachers etc. Finally, each main function modules of the system implementation was introduced in detail.This topic uses ASP.NET as a development language, and at the same time, uses the latest SQL Server 2012[3] and the microsoft visual studio 2013 as tools, adopts B/S architecture has developed a network of educational information management system.
