| Conferences on various research fields are hold nowadays all over the world and more and more scholars are attending conferences for academic exchanges.As the development of Internet technology,existing academic conference systems can not meet the needs of conference organizers.In order to save resources while holding conferences,it is certainly that more functions of conference system are required and efficient conference system becomes an irresistible trend.Spread speed of call for papers and call for participants should follow the technological progress.Thus it is essential to establish an efficient portal about conference information.This study designs a system for all kinds of users' needs based on features of conference system nowadays.The portal is realized based on SSM(Struts2+Spring+Mybatis)frameworks and it was B/S architecture as well as many front-end technology like JSP,AJAX,Bootstrap,Layui and so on.The conference system's functions are main including user information management,call for papers management,call for participants management,conference evaluation,online registration and so on.Its mainly user roles are unregistered user,registered user,VIP user,chair,system administrator and so on.Different roles have different permissions so that system functions and interfaces are distinctive according to users' role.This article gives an introduction to the design and implement of Academic Conference Integrated Service System,including technology used,system analysis and design,system implement and test.What's more,functions and features of each module and core codes of implements are introduced in details.The system provides informatization management to insure that conferences can be held efficiently,and improve flexibility and operability.It can provide a quick access to conference information for scholars who want present their own options or concern the development of academic research,and save time and human resource at the same time. |
