With the rapid development of information technology and network technology,the information level has been rapidly improved. In terms of huzhou vocational andtechnical college, the current educational administration exist the following problems:All existing systems are independent of each other, enrollment has increased, theeducational administration management has the new requirements. Therefore, this thesiswill focus on the huzhou vocational and technical college practical teachingmanagement work, study the practices of existing teaching management requirements,set up a corresponding educational administration management system, realize theeducational administration informatization, networking and automation, effectivelyimprove the quality and efficiency of teaching management work in our school.In this thesis according to the actual circumstance of huzhou vocational andtechnical college teaching management, analyse the actual needs of our schooleducational administration management, design and implement the educationaladministration system using software development technology, the C/S mode and B/Smode, database technology. finally complete the suitable for our school educationaladministration management system, improve the quality of huzhou vocational andtechnical college educational administration work.Firstly, we study the process and system of educational administrationmanagement system of huzhou vocational and technical college, analyse the demand ofthe system; design the functions according to the results of system requirements,including the background management subsystem, student management, teaching plan,course arranging, performance management, etc.), student management subsystem,teachers management subsystem. Then design the system architecture using B/Sarchitecture and C/S structure, form the hybrid structural system, play the advantages ofthe two modes, ensures the convenience of system operation, reduce the maintenancecost of the entire system. Finally, realize the function of all educational managementsystem, using C++, ASP.NET software development language, combining C/S modeand B/S mode, combined with our school’s own development ability.
