In recent years, extreme weather has been increasing sharply, especially the increased frequency of heavy rain makes urban waterlogging disaster risk is getting more significantly. As urban drainage facilities construction can't be improved in a short period of time, the analysis of the urban flood warning becomes more important. However, the existing analysis of the urban flood warning system is still so poor, many cities even have no system for city flood analysis and early warning, and the traditional model has ma ny defects and deficiencies. Therefore, the city flood disaster analysis and early warning needs a new solution.With an increasingly grim phenomenon of city's flood disaster, this article studied on the use of big data to analyze and forewarning flood disaster, and explored an algorithm applying to operating a model of city's flood disaster based on big data. Then we confirmed a frame of city's flood disaster analyzing model based on big data. We used Hadoop's Map Reduce model to realize the model we prese nted, and designed Hbase non relational database with relevant data. Based on the Hbase database, we designed a city's flood disaster forewarning platform prototype system with the city's flood disaster analyzing model at the core.In this article, we did a detailed design about topology structure, function architecture and data process of the platform. And this paper also design the Internet of things to the arrangement of sensors on monitoring.The platform also has carried on the visualization processing to the results by using the technology of Web GIS combining with the real map for information release.The completed platform can predict and monitor the waterlogging area in the city so that we can make measures in advance when city waterlogging occurs.It a lso can help us reduce the economic loss and provide references and suggestions for water related departments and residents to make decision. For example of areas in Wuhan, this paper also discusses the feasibility of the platform and the comparative analysis of the results in the end.Adoption of emerging big data and advanced Internet of things for analysis of urban flood disaster early warning will bring a great change. Applications Big Data technology weakens the process, direct contact with the results of the analysis between the fixed model to break the traditional pattern of thinking pattern. And application of big data technology in urban flood models make computing more efficient, storing more stable.It can be adapted to store and process massive amounts of data, breaking the bottleneck caused by the amount of data limitations.
