In recent years,social economy has been developed rapidly as well as the process of urbanization,but the urban internal inundation is becoming great.For resolving the problem,and based on information construction,it is a feasible method of building inundation pre-warning system.However,the keys of successfully applying the method are real-time warning and treatment efficiency.Based on the research reality of the convenience and real-time feature of smart phone,this paper aims at solving the issue of real-time transmission and feedback of pre-warning information.First,the paper dealt with current foreign and domestic research situation of the topic and gave necessary statements.Then,there was a research on the real-time feature of information transmission,which proposed the intercommunication model of long connection combined with transmission and polling,and made an analysis research on the proposition and choice of inundation pre-warning model.It designed and realized the interactive inundation system based on client end and server framework.At the same time,the pre-warning accuracy of pre-warning was improved.It also proposed the interactive mechanism for customer confirming on site and reporting,and the GIS technology was used to add the pre-warning information to the dynamic map.At last,it passed the test and proofed the proposed long connection method and the accuracy of inundation pre-warning information.The test result demonstrated this design could meet the practical demand,and the system was feasible.The main tasks include:(1)researching and using of the portability and interactivity characteristics of Internet terminals to make up the deficiencies caused by insufficient deployment of relevant departments;(2)researching a method that can delay less time and use recourses efficiently of resources,so as to pass the early warning information to the user in the first place;(3)using data from rainfall,depth of water logging and water level of the pumping station to study the modeling to predict whether the waterlogging disaster will occur or not.
