| In recent years, with the rapid development of socio-economic and the process of urbanization, the permeable area for rainwater are decrease while the accumulative area are increase, that bring us serious waterlogging, huge economical loss and bad effect. However, the development of meteorology observation technology, computer technology and mathematical model of waterlogging, has made the real-time monitoring, early warning and forecasting for waterlogging becoming possible.The mathematical model of waterlogging is important research methods to establish the urban flood prevention information system, simulate the process of waterlogging. This model involves multi-disciplinary knowledge such as meteorology, hydrology, hydraulics, dynamics and water supply and drainage project, is a multi-disciplinary mathematical model. This model reflects the complicated process of waterlogging, is a complicated micro-watershed model. Based on the 2D unsteady flow equations this model takes water flows on the ground or in the ditches and rivers as simulation object.By using GIS, database technology connecting to city fundamental geographic database and empirical formula of rainstorm intensity, the thesis explains the construction of the mathematical model according to the professional knowledge of meteorology, hydrology and water conservancy, especially explains the concrete design process. The system can simulate and predict the process of waterlogging on the basis of automatic meteorological stations and weather information, and it provides figures, data search and early warning about waterlogging. After all, the data are put online, the simulating result is provided to the relevant departments as basis of disaster prevention and reduction in cities. |
